At least 80% (2,176 out of 2,720) of the estimated registered non-criminal disputes* have been settled through informal and formal justice mechanisms (such as Restorative Justice sessions, community mediations, and legal aids) ensuring gender sensitivity and alignment with human rights standards. *related to domestic violence, inheritance rights, divorce, paying alimony money, child marriage, dowry, family disputes, polygamy, guardianship, GBV, land & property disputes, loan repayment, and other petty disputes. Indicator 1.2 At least 70% of all settled disputes (1,524 out of 2,176) relate to women and girl’s rights. |

At least 75% (1,350 out of 1,799 ) of non-state actors in the project area assist disadvantaged community members in registering complaints and seeking legal remedies in accordance with gender equality and human rights standards.
